Can Aasia do custom jewelry pieces?She specializes in creating custom pieces to enhance any women's individuality. You can meet Aasia in person, email or call her to discuss your personal jewelry needs. She will be happy to assist you in sizing of your jewelry also.

Does Aasia repair vintage pieces?If you have vintage jewelry pieces that you have not enjoyed wearing in a long time, you can take them out of your jewelry drawers now. Aasia can help you in repairing most beaded vintage jewelry.

What is the shipping time?All orders are shipped and processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks. Aasia will advice you of any delays upon receipt of your order.

What is your return policy?Aasia guarantees your complete satisfaction. All jewelry items come with a 10 day no question asked return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason, you may return it to us within 10 business days. Items should be unworn, in it's original condition and with it's original packaging. All returns must be authorized. After you receive the RA #, please ship the item prepaid, insured and include RA # in all the correspondence. When we receive the package, we will offer you a full refund or an exchange excluding the shipping charges. Refund will be issued only to the original purchaser. Custom orders cannot be returned and they are final purchases.
